Sorry for my poor English first, hope you can understand me Here is my problem: When I started the Wincc runtime for several minutes, the script server seemed been stopped. When I press a button on the picture, it supposed to trigger an event, but nothing happened, the scripts in the button pressed event cannot been executed any more, as well as the other scripts or events in the picture. It seems that all of the scripts are missing. But the scripts were there and working correctly up until some days ago. Then I have to deactivate the runtime, when wincc is deactivating the script server, it stopped at 70%, then I get some errors which I posted in the attachments. These errors indicated something like script.exe cannot read or write in memory and ntdll.dll CISS62.dll wrong. I also posted the script.log in attachment. My software enviroment is OS: windows xp professional sp2 Step7 5.4 sp3 Wincc 6.2.0.8 Asia PLCsim 5.4 I consulted tech-support of Siemens, they suggest me to reinstall the OS, but it’s the last thing I want to do. I think it is not the way to fix my problem. Thanks Shenyang From China AttachmentDiagnose and error pic.zip (840 Downloads) |

Hi, you have a lot of script errors in WinCC_Sys_02.log first check the reasons for these errors. for analysing the diagnostic files see FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22892165 |

thank you very much! I have checked the errors in WinCC_Sys_02.log, and saw the error "DataManager Runtime,Format error of tag", so I examined the program of Step7, found a tag would have overflowed, and I fixed it. It seems better now, but I am not quiet sure that the problem is solved, because I still have problem when I deactivate the Wincc runtime, I also found some errors in Wincc_Sys.log: 255,07.04.2008,16:15:49:218,0,4,shenyang,CHINACUC08008,CCPROJECTMGR,WinCC Project Manager : Deactivate Project - SCRIPT.EXE - Status = TIMEOUT 255,07.04.2008,16:15:52:953,0,4,shenyang,CHINACUC08008,CCPROJECTMGR,WinCC Project Manager : Deactivate Project - SCRIPT.EXE - Status = APPL --> STOP FAILED 255,07.04.2008,16:15:52:968,0,4,shenyang,CHINACUC08008,CCPROJECTMGR,WinCC Project Manager : Deactivate Project - SCRIPT.EXE - Status = TERMINATE 8-) |

Hi Guilherme, do you have exactly the same versions of WinCC/ STEP 7 /....? Because if you have an other version, a hotfix or something like this will fix your script.exe problems. Best Regards, Healthcheck |
