My PC is ok with hardware requirementand Softare requirement

My PC is ok with hardware requirementand Softare requirement Just so I am clear on what I read what you did and want to do. What you did: The error occurred. You uninstalled the portal. Then tried to install again. What you want to do: Upgrade TIA V11 SP2 update 5? If this is true, you need to reboot and then reinstall the portal, apply SP2 if your original DVD media does not contain SP2. Reboot after install from original media (may be optional). Install SP2 from download (or your media). Update using download from Siemens support site for Update 5. What is the current status? If portal has been uninstalled and reinstalled using your original media, it should be fairly simple. If there are install problems, sometimes other programs do not properly install or uninstall and leave windows registry conflicts that prevent portal from installing. There is a FAQ on what registry entry may be affected by other software problems. Hope this is useful.

V11 SP2 that software also gives the same error.. As you were talking about registery where i can get that registry information.
