D445_AK61 is used with 192.168.214.1 for access not 192.168.0.61 so check the projected access adress in scout and HWConfig also the same for D445_AK51

Which information you will transfer with this? scout will connect the D445_AK61 with the adress 192.168.214.1 so yoiu have configured the Acess Adress wrong or wired the Ethernet connection wrong in hwconfig/NetPro or set a access adress differ to the project adress we have not the project , but you have it and can check this.
