Error on Trend online

asandoval Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hello I have installed redundant servers and they seem to work fine, but qhen i was making some tests on the clients everithing looked fine until i tried to open the trends online button. When i pressed these button automatically a warning message appear that states the following: NO access to data storage. And I have to click ok and it closes the dialog box and also the trend online window. Can someone plese help me Best Regards

efka Posts: 799 Rating: (43)	hi, never seen such a behaviour, but I can imagine, that you've not selected TagLogging in runtime startup properties. Which color is the little computer icon in the right bottom corner of the control? Green or Red? best regards

James Lim Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	I am having the exact same problem. Online trends will not open and I get the "No access to data storage error". In addition, the navigation buttons on the top don't work. I press the button to change the screens but the screens don't change. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. The problem before was mit a Trend-Control in a WinCC-Picture. What you have, is an external application, which is only availble with PCS7, which can be used for displaying trends too. If you have a Trend-Control in a WinCC-Picture, which have the same problem with the Serverpackage as described before, it may be the reason for your problem too. Regards Georg Berghof
