Error Sicam pas: "The database of the redundant system is not accessible"

When I select "with database copy" the warning "The database of the redundant system is not accessible" appears. Please help me how to check and fix this error ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Error Sicam pas 7 rendudancy on win7. I can access it through the Run tool with the command "//192.168.30.147 or //172.17.15.2" or via the Network folder in File Explorer I can ping both computers with Ip address 1, Ip address 2 and Computer name. I am using the host file with the following configuration for both computers. # Copyright (c) 1993-2009 Microsoft Corp. # # This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows. # # This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each # entry should be kept on an individual line. Mike J Platinum Expert Joined: 10/9/2007 Last visit: 9/18/2024 Posts: 1249 Rating: (115)	hi run "fixhostnames" on both computers and restart them. if it still doesn't work, try creating a new basic project, enabling redundancy and check if it works. with this we can be sure the problem is not on windows, network or the installation of sicam pas if it doesn't work, you should contact customer care
