Error TCP/IP 33:17088

When i try to connect PLC with TCP/IP (with Step7) i have this error, 33:17088. - I ping correctly PLC - I have tried to uninstall drivers (C:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Simatic OAM\data\LogDevices) - I have repared step 7 - I have installed Step 7SP4 - Same program in other PLC connects OK - Same program with PCadapter connects OK in my PC - I have checked that Simatic IEPG help service in Services is running. - I have searched in Siemens FAQs and forum threads and nothing helped me.
