I also have same problem. I'm very new to simatic. just to be sure, I've reinstalled entire simatic. the problem is: I start new project, add cpu and i/o in hardware block, add a program in LAD in OB1 block, set PG/PC to PLCSIM(MPI) and save it. now when I click the download button, I get this error: 33:17090 a connection between your PC/programming device and the plc cannot be established. simatic step 7 pro version 5.5.. trial licence (BUT ACTIVE) PLZ help.. if I can't even simulate, I can go no further.. Not adding any attachment coz really there's nothing much to add apart from the error window.. Would be much grateful if someone uploads the exact steps to be followed while downloading blocks to plcsim.. I've read beginner's guide to plcsim (that's not its name, I mean the manual that came with software) without any avail. btw, as there's no plc, shouldn't simatic automatically go to plcsim?!!

Hello Florisvaldo, that's not the icon PLCSIM !!!! Is to download program in the CPU!!! The PLCSIM icon is on the right PLC symbol in the cloud, first press this icon and then other button that you have signed to download. Step 7 siemens s7-300 PLCSIM Tutorial. Lesson 1 Start with plcsim ... |
