• Which version of WinCC Unified (the engineering software) are you using?
• And which version of WinCC Unified PC RT is installed?
• Does this error occur when trying to do a delta download? I would recommend that you try a full download.
• Is the project stored locally on your engineering system or are you using a network share? If you are using a network share, these problems will occur more often than with a locally stored project.

If not already installed, please install the latest updates - currently Update 3 - for WinCC Unified V18 and WinCC Unified PC Runtime V18.

If the problem persists with the installed updates, please contact Customer Support. It would be interesting - also for the support - if the error occurs in different projects or only in one project. It might also be interesting to know the status of the already loaded project in the SIMATIC Runtime Manager. If an error is reported there, this could be the reason.

However, we volunteers here would need your project to further investigate your problem, so it's better to contact the support.
