Error when loading PLC-data Windows 7 Enterprise 32Bit

I have installed the step 7 Basic V10.5 og my computer, operated by Windows 7 Enterprise (32-bit) it installs perfectly, runs a bit slow/laggy, but runs. when I want to load the PLC data into the CPU added in my project, an error appears (see attached dokument) Why does this error occur?
