Error while printing from WinCC Client Project

laki78 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Hello, I work in client/server environment with redundancy. I have problem while printing larger reports (about 10 pages) from client project. Reports includes graphs and tables. While printing reports I have error window from "PrintIt" with statement: "The connection to the data manager could not be established". When I click "OK" button the printing process stops. When I try to renew it - print this one more time, new processes "printit.exe" are created in computer memory, but no pages are print. I can print only when I shut down all "printit.exe" processes from task manager. Can someone help me solve this problem??

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi, well, you should anyway install an actual WinCC SP and some more RAM is never a mistake: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22303359 Hyperthreading should be OK for WinXP but not for Windows2000 Just check your WinCC release note for more info.. nemo[:D]
