errormessage while compiling Wincc Advanced / Tia Portal V12 SP1 project

Can anyone help me with solving this error? regards, Peter. I get the same system error in Wincc Advanced / Tia Portal V12 SP1 if I create a new project with comfort panel and I add a script, even an empty script, compiler gets this error. If I try to modify existing script Tia Portal crashes.

Which windows version do you use? Perhaps it has something to do with the windows version, if it was nether possible to compile any script on this machine. Regards, Healtcheck
