Kindly, during the installation of Scout Tia software, we got some errors. Check attached and below. Simotion Scout Tia v5.4 sp3 (Tia Portal v17) An error occurred during setup. Details are listed in the setup report. Files for setup analysis (for customer support). Creating config files failed! Please check the log files for details. mkcfgdb???_Log.txt hwkatimport???_Log.txt Installation errors occurred! Please check the log file. and have you check the logfiles which are named? The one attached ist none of them and give no error details |

I found these errors, as in the attached.
