errors

Every time I connect mysiwarexthe red led(DIAG) is on and gives me some errors which is shown in the attached image.

1- low limit violated when i connect sense + and - with exc + and - .

2- ( CPU error: New I/O access error during process image update

pls i need help in connecting, configuration and programming

iam usingcpu 12001214 dc/dc/dc andSIWAREX WP231.

and TIA Portal 15.1.

Hello AutoGen,

There exist no parameter in the WP321 module for the Nominal Output.

You can connect load cells with a Nominal Outputup up to 4 mV/V.
Your load cell has 3mV/V.
That means you can connect this load cell to the WP321 module.

You can find the weight value into the Instance-DB of the FB321 at the address DBD478
(= s_IO_DATA.PROCESS_VAL_1).
