hi, have you had a look in the manual of this module? SIMATIC Distributed I/O ET 200iSP Distributed I/O Device - Fail-safe Modules It seems that the module doesn´t get a HART-protocoll-frame. What kind of transducer do you use? hope this helps, regards, |

Dear Persons, My problems solved. I will write here for your next project maybe you will need this help. First I check my bus line beacouse before i go to field my electrical staff power goes to IM panels and all IM bus addres set to deafult value ( 2 or 4 those not matter ). For those moduls we should bring bus address first mode, how can u change ? 1- Power cut for all IM, 2- All bus address's switch change home position ( in IM modul all switch should be left position ), 3- Then power on for moduls and wait for Bus Light about 10 seconds, 4- When u see bus lighting change ( stabil or lightin period change to slow ), 5- Power cut on for IM panels, 6- Now You can change Bus Address for real Address ( 2-3-12 or 127 which address are write in your project and you use in your hardware confiquration you should use that ), 7- Power on for IM moduls. Be carefull for redundat wakeup. First, power on for first IM ( for redundant master modul ) then power on for second ( redundant slave modul ) If this explanation helped you please vote :) For detail documant check documant ( under link ) page 131-132-133-134.
