ET200M Busfault alarm

( 6ES7361-3CA01-0AA0 ) S7 300 Interface module in main panel & 2 no of ( 6ES7153-1AA03-0XB0 ) ET200M Interface module ,one in column & other one in pendent . Main CPU is connected in NCU box pin no:X101 , ET200M is connected in NCU box pin no: X102 through profibus connection. My problem is some times in ET200M, BF (Bus fault) LED glowing ,at the same time there is no any alarm in NCU box & Screen (PCU50.3).After downloading the Hardware configuration once the alarm disappears.

MNR Posts: 30 Rating: (0)	Dear SMS, - you are refering to Sinumerik 840D power line system and please see the below, - X101 of NCU is connected PCU50.3 as OPI interface. - X102 of NCU is the profibus connector and it is connected to ET200M . Question is , on 840D power line - profibus interface is an option and it is not statndrad. So please check with local Siemens regarding this issue. Awaiting your feedback MNR

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello, on 840D power line - profibus interface is an option and it is not statndrad ==> no this is open ..this is profibus and you can configure this in the hardware configuration and this should get accepted. May be please look in the hardware configuration the existing the and catlog informations are same first. Check it out. Regards, Prakash
