ET200M RAIL SIZE

Dear,

We are currently using ET200M rail 620mm(part number 6ES7195-1GG30-0XA0)   

Meanwhile, we should add 4 AI SM331 cards. So, we should replace current 620mm wide rail to longer rail. 

I found out 2000mm wide model (part # 6ES7195-1GC00-0XA0). But 2000mm is too long to put inside current rack. In order to put into current rack, we should cut 2000mm size one to make it shorter.

Could we use around 900mm size ET200M rail after cutting 2000mm rail model?

The S7-300 2000 mm mounting rail is offered specifically so it can be shortened to user requirements.

You will also have to drill support holes after you have shortened it.

 There are no problems you can cut the rail to your liking 2000 mm is specially made, remember to put the grounding bolt if other cuts of rail
