ET200pro Parameter assignment error fail safe modules

I have a problem commissioning a station with a ET200pro IM154-8FX PN/DP CPU with fail safe modules,8/16 F-DI DC24V PROFIsafe electronic module(6ES7 148-4FA00-0AB0),4/8 F-DI/4 F-DO DC24V/2A PROFIsafeelectronic module(6ES7 148-4FC00-0AB0),F-Switch PROFIsafe electronic module(6ES7 148-4FS00-0AB0), when I download the configuration hardware only6ES7 148-4FA00-0AB and6ES7 148-4FC00-0AB0 have a SF led on, I made sure thatPROFIsafe Address in the fail safe modules are the same in the configuration hardware, I tried with different address but with the same result please dont tell that check the address switch again because I made many times also I tried updating the Hardware list and tried with a different configuration only4/8 F-DI/4 F-DO DC24V/2A and F- swith but not and only4/8 F-DI/4 F-DO DC24V/2A has SF led ON, please help me.

This you have a print screen of the error, as you can see, I have a mismacth in hardware but there are the correct safety modules.
