ET200S DO Card

anto_eire2 Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hello A client is using an ET200S IM151 DPV1. Due to software setup we need a DO card with just 16 channels - after importing the gsd file I can see no slot with a simple 16 channel DO. I checked here https://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/llisapi.dll?func=cslib.csinfo&lang=en&siteid=cseus&aktprim=0&extranet=standard&viewreg=WW&objid=10805262&treeLang=en but there dosent seem to be any - Am I missing something or is this the case Thanks Ant

There are no 16 channel DO module in ET200S family. anto_eire2 Hello Due to software setup we need a DO card with just 16 channels Please tell us what do you meant by the previous statment. Alsoyou can use 2 modules with 8DO for each. Regards,

Dacho 1 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	ET 200S system from Siemens is regarding I/O based on thin 15mm modules standard. This is good for more reasons - micro modularity, space saving, easy and cheap maintenance. If you ask for 16DI you can take ET200S Compact Periphery with 16DI/DO (6ES7151-1CA00-3BL0). ET 200 system based on Compact modules before was ET 200B and ET 200L. But in nowadays applications ET 200S system gives more features and offcourse replace this old solutions.
