Check also if you have the terminator module connected to the right side of the last ET200S I/O card. This terminator module (part number 6ES7 193-4AJ00-0AA0)is supplied together with the IM151 but commonly "forgotten" to be clicked onto the last I/O card in the ET200S station (in which case you'll also get the actual vs present configudation mismatch problem that you described). As for how to wire the I/O cards up, have a look at these manuals which you can downlaod from the Siemens service and support web (and note the role that the terminal modules plays): - ET200S Operating Instructions - ET200S Distributed I/O system I hope this helps. |
