i have seen similar messages on ET200S before.....seehere have you got any devices connected to the digital output modules that are capable of producing large amounts of back-emf? eg. solenoid valves, motors, motor starters, large inductive loads if so, i would suggest installing some voltage-dependent resistors on the outputs (i.e. one between Live-Earth, one between Neutral-Earth and one between Live-Neutral) something likethiswould do it, assuming they are 230V devices. if that does not help it might be worth using a mains analyser to look at the quality of the mains supply that's feeding the power supply to your CPU/Power modules. I found the installation of an online double-conversion UPS helped to reduce the frequency of these errors on some CPUs, but try the varistors first as they are a fraction of the cost of a UPS.
