pls attach screenshots zipped about your CPU port ID, how you did cfg of connection to Server and inside of your code, better in Online mode. Pls what exact values you set on PC app sim to collect datas?

Are you sure you made it work in S7-1200 with the same settings like how you did in this attachment?

You set local port as 9 which is not relevant. I think you had missed out MB Unit ID settings which is very important. Many users had forgotten about this. You need to goto MB Client instance DB and search for MB Unit ID and set your slave ID 9 there. It will work.

If you don't set proper slave ID the gateway doesn't give any error. Because it responds with some irrelevant values of a non existent slave ID which is set as 16#FF in the MB Unit ID.

In simple terms, you want to talk to your colleague in sales department about a purchase, but you had addressed it to the engineering department. Here IP is your office, and slave IDs are your colleagues. Your engineering department colleague gives you irrelevant information without blocking you with errors.

Looks like you don't want to check the MB Unit ID parameter. Local port is not ID of your slave. It is a term used for IP devices to mention which port they should use to send packets. MB Unit ID is purely related to your Modbus device ID. 

Again I repeat, set MB Unit ID in your MB client instance DB block, your communication will work.

Can you please post your MB Client block in online mode? And also the Data block created by this MB Client instruction in online mode?
