ET200SP Error

I'm having this same problem. using et200sp modules that are v3.3. and server modules reporting v1.1.1 but set in program at v1.0 and no ability to change device to v1.1.1 

i'm not understanding your fix?

i face the same problem.

I use CPU1217, ET200SP v3.3 with server module 1.1,

but server module in S7 tia v13 up9 is v1.0.

So i can't access DI / DQ.

The whole rack of ET200sp is shown as red 

Any solution ?

finally the different version of server module between online and offline was not the problem.

The solution is to make the following connection in TOPOLOGY view :

connect the 1 port of CPU to 1 port of ET200SP as attacehd. NETWORK connection is not enouph.

I hope with this advice, to protect somebody from losing much time in the future

sorry, there is no general need to connect the ports in topology.

If you are activating a function that needs the topology, like device-change without changing-media, you need to connect the right ports. But if no such function is active, no topology is needed.

i think the main problem from komous was that the ET200SP Station have wrong or no device name.

With the Topology connection the Controller can assign the Device Name to the device connected on the port which is assigned in the Topology.

Without this information the controller doesn't assign the Name to the device an no connection is possible.

For this problem i opened one old project that consists of the same ET200SP module with 1500 CPU as the master and added my 1214C CPU, disconnected the 1500 CPU and connected it to 1214C. Then it works fine.

I have attached that 1500 backup for your use. Change the (.pdf) format to (.rar)

I had the same problem with server module being v1.1.1, but in TIA v13 only v1.0 version exsisted. But actually problem is not in difference between those two versions, but in assigning propper names for devices.

Once you set ET200SP name "MYET" in your application program, you should go online -> function and assign the same name "MYET" into the live module. After setting online name you should download and reset hardware and software configuration and problem is solved
