I met a problem, please help me.

As the latest et200sp F-DI or F-DO module in TIA 1515F-2pn, the f address doesn't set the f switch as before, when I change the same type of 6es7193-6bp00-0ba0, cpu error, prompt f address memory not accessible, so for the newest production, when the foundation is changed, how to re-set the f address, thank you very much.

The ET 200SP safes the F configration in a code element that stays in the terminal module after the first use. While the "normal" ET200 use a simple plastic code element, the code element for F modules is an electronic component. (They have 4 contact holes) . The F address is set via TIA Portal.

The problem is one terminal module is defective, I change a new one with the same type, but cpu can't identify, when I want to re- set the f address via Tia portal, but can't be set. Please see picture 1. So how to do? Thank you!

Did you safe the coding element in the defect terminal module and put into into the new one?
