Kaulquappe Posts: 3093 Rating: (324)	Hello, do I understand you correctly: when the last character of the response is an FF, you get an error? If yes, which error do you get? Do you use RS485? If yes, did you insert the termination resistors? It is not required to send an idle line. It only slows down your communication. You should not buffer received frames. Regards, Kaulquappe

When I change the command for 09 03 00 FE 00 02 A4 B3 to 09 03 00 FE 00 02 A4 B3 65 73 and the response change to 09 03 06 00 00 00 11 00 11 D6 BC which end with no "FF". and the next command get the right response.

I change the FF return code for reading TWO registers to THREE registers, and the next read command can get the right return. The STATUS CODE is 7000 and get no return, no DONE , no ERROR , no BUSY.
