Exaine ENO or BR in STL?

DLittlejohn412 Posts: 55 Rating: (1)	Hello What is the syntax to examine ENO in STL? I am using FC105 in STL. After the FC105 Call, I want to examine the ENO to then set the status of another bit. L "TE_01_IN" T "TE_01".RAW CALL "Read Analog Value 464-2" IN :="TE_01".RAW HI_LIM :="TE_01".EU_LOW LO_LIM :="TE_01".EU_HIGH BIPOLAR:="TE_01".BIPOLAR RET_VAL:="TE_01".RETURN OUT :="TE_01".EU L ENO //This does not compile? T "TE_01".VALID "TE_01".VALID is type BOOL

fritz Diamond Expert Joined: 10/7/2005 Last visit: 6/7/2023 Posts: 2966 Rating: (1025)	Hello DLittlejohn412 ENO is simply a reflectionof the status of the BR bit (Binary Result bit), so your code should look like this (Note too that you can not use "L" and "T" instructions on Booleans): A BR // Check BR bit (=ENO of preceeding FC call) ="TE_01".VALID // /assignBR bit to Bool variable I hope this helps
