Giuliano Posts: 21 Rating: (14)	Hi Everybody, I did theexample that show the exchange data between CM1241_RS232 and Hyper terminal and one screen in the KTP600PN. The logic is not complicated...only 2 blocks like SEND_PtP and RCV_PtP is necessary. Enjoy it! Attachment RS232_PtP.zip (1467 Downloads)

Tzole1974 Posts: 13 Rating: (0)	Hello I have downloaded your program to a S7-1200 (CPU 1212C). I did not change anything except the hardware configuration so as to match mine. When i run the program and try to type any chars from hyper terminal, i did not receive the whole string in the buffer. I mean in the data block which is connected to the PtP_RECEIVE block. For Example : I typed "HELLO" and i received "LLO". This problem repeats itself for every string i type from HT. The first 2 chars were cut out. Any idea ?? Thank you very much. Regards, George

Please have a look here at the 8th reply: https://www.automation.siemens.com/tf/WW/en/Posts/39432 There is also an application online, that desribes the PtP-Communciation: Flexible Decoding and Processing of Data Matrix Codes with S7-1200 (CE-X27)
