Execute a scrip by scheduled task

Hello:

I have an script to generate a csv document from a tag (float), I can generate it with a button event, the problem comes when trying to do it with a sheduled task of a day, it doesnt work neither when the task is every 10 mins, i have tia 17 with wincc advance and hmi unified.

Hello Artiz,

do you have any output in the Trace?

You may create an output in the Trace also in case of no error to check if the script was executed.

Thaks to both, (Prof. Frink and Stefan Arcularius).

I create an internal bolean tag (Script_aux) and a scheduled task that inverts value.

I create E/S item and hide at the bottom of the main screen. in Process value i put mi new tag, at the option of change i insert my scrip and it works.

By the way, as a path is a nice and easy solution but... its posibble to log as industrial by scripting to write in "net/mount"?

I tried to trigger script by a bolean tag as it says in: How to call the VB script in TIA with bool or int from the PLC or with PLC TAG if the value from the PLC has changed?

But, in UNIFIED i am not able to use cycle continuos and tags, neither has events.
