This instruction can only be used in an FB.

It starts an extended pulse timer with te value stored in ACCU 1.

First 3 lines: make sure the RLO is zero

The next 4 lines: The timer sees a rising edge. A timer of 10 seconds is started.

I think this code is called in the startup OB's and is used to give any CP card the time to initialise properly.

If this is the case, you won't need to convert this code.

This code can alse be used to get some information of the PLC cycle time.

In S7 you have other options to know the cycle time.

and why there is SVZ without loading a KT constant??

why the timer is runnig after the end of the bloc??
