With Javascript you can read out textbased files.

to get the values into a trend view you can try to load the values from the file into the taglogging with the systemfunction WriteManualValue

You can use a dummy logging Tag name in Taglogging for this "external data"

perhaps there are better ways but this should work for a few data (not big data amounts)
