Dear Idunil, I want to program on PLC S7-300 to produce a current in range: 4 - 20mA to supply to module AFCM0000 input of Redlion (you can see in the attache files). On this module, we set range for current: 4 - 20mA, this input signal on AFCM0000 will convert to frequency (Hz or RPM) 0 - 1kHz in order for control engine speed. Example: PLC produce 4mA at AO module --------> AFCM0000 (4mA) converted to 0Hz MPU (speed sensor ) (1000RPM rotation per minute) ----------------> Engine. Thank you, Best regards AttachmentAFCM0000.pdf (314 Downloads) |

Hello, Take a look at FC106 ( UNSCALE ) from STEP 7standard library, in the "TI-S7-Converting Blocks". And more at http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/8859629 (from 269th page). Best regards, Hristo Mihalev |
