Converting a value 0-1000 to 4 to 20 mA output, can be done with the unscale function as Umencho said, but a few lines in STL will do the same.

Hi Steven,

In your PLC you have 04 channels of analog outputs. Check wether their are any free output available. You can check the wiring and find a free channel. If any channel available please noted it. (AO0-AO3)
Then from the hardware configuration, find the hardware address assigned. same time you can change it and change the device setting to 4-20mA. then in stl editor asmarcjan told write codes to scale the output. You can try this in OB1 also. codes are like as follows;
(assumming your AO0 is free and configured to 4-20 mA)

(first read the memory variable that loded the value)
L MD10// MD10 assumed variable
L 27648 // This is maximum value posted to analog channel
*D // Perform the integer multiplication
L 1000 // Load the constant for maximum readable value
/D // Perform the integer div.
T PQW288 // Transfer the value to assigned address . ie AO0

Then you can read the 4-20mA value from your frequency converter

Make sure that to do the right wiring to front connector. There is two screw positions for I and V. You can identify them by lookin to front connector plate.
