Export TwinCAT project to step 7 - PLC variables array

IPK Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Hi, I am trying to export a TwinCAT project into Step 7 V11 Basic edition. In TwinCAT I can declare PLC-variables (PLC outputs) as arrays. Example TwinCAT: S1_axes AT %QB51 : ARRAY [1..3] OF BOOL; In Step 7 the type array does not existe as PLC-Variable type, is there a way to do it? Thank you,

I think in tia portal only symbolic access to io-variables are possible. But maybe you can try this: [code]VAR DB_SPECIFIC b : BYTE a AT b: ARRAY[0..3] OF BOOL; i : INT END_VAR ... #w := IN_BYTE; // IN_BYTE is declared as Global Symbol %QB51 FOR #i := 0 TO 3 DO #a[#i] := TRUE; // what a stupid syntax with the #'s END_FOR; ...
