Exporting Alarm loggin archived files to detect fails to Excel

Colleagues,

This theme i so complicated to WinCC Beginners. My application of WinCC v6.2 generate a file ¨SQL Server Database Transaction Log File¨ each 24 hours with Alarm loggin. I would like to export this data to excel to detect fails days before.

The file name is: <Server Name><Project Name>_ALG_<DateFrom>_<Date to>

1. We have Connectivity Pack v6.2 but i don´t have C++ or VBS programming experience with databases. What option we have?

2. We observe that one same Alarm is activated lot of times in the Alarm logging because the WinCC observe flickers between 1 and 0 with the same signal. (It could be communication problems with Ethernet?) Some solution for this case?
