Exporting of Tags and Engineering Units

We are currently running PCS7 V6.1, and would like to be able to export the Process Variables, their Engineering Units, and Ranges. Does anyone have any experience in doing this? What tables is the information contained in, and how do we get it out in a coherent manner?

Process Object View export/import capabilities have been expanded in PCS7 6.1. The data is exported as a csv file which can then be imported into excel or other applications. The amount of data being exported is a function of what hierachal folder in the left pane is highlighted. All data from the high lighted folder on down will be exported. Unforetunately, POV filters have no affect on what data is exported. Once in excel the data can be modified as needed and then imported back into POV.
