Exporting Wincc Tags to MS Excel

aikona Posts: 487 Rating: (36)	Hi If you did a "normal" install of wincc you should have a 'wincc configuration tool ' installed in excel.it actualy makes a new menu called wincc .In there you can 'create an object folder' If its an existing project you can : 'establish connection to existing project' once you done that you got access to the connection,tag,alarms etc Greetings Eric

JMJ Posts: 487 Rating: (45)	Excel config tool as given by aikona is the best option. It even gives much more than just tags. But you also have the option of using 'tag export/import tool' available for installationunder smart tools in WinCC CD/DVD.
