External Encoder Configuration problem in SMC 30 & SMC 20

Currently I am working with Four Axis S120 Servo Drive, In that I want to configure the external Incremental encoder (6FX2001-4DB00)using SMC30 & Absolute SSI encoder (6FX2001-5HS24)using SMC20. Problem facing in SMC 30: I was configured Incremental encoder (6FX2001-4DB00) using SMC 30 in starter as a Encoder_2 for drive 1.After downloading,In SMC 30, Rdy LED status wasGreen and >5V LED status was orange.But if I rorate the encoder_2 it was not shown position value. Problem facing in SMC 20: I was configured Absolute SSI encoder (6FX2001-5HS24)using SMC20.in starter as a Encoder_2 for drive 2. In SMC 20, After downloading, Rdy LED status wasRed. Fault comes ( Encoder parameterazation error). If anybody having the Encoder pin configuration details and encoder configuration manual, Pls share and help us !!! Regards, RP
