Hi Manfred Thank you for your answer. I have tried to make external encoder TO via data block connection as below. Encoder was connected as second encoder of tel 106 at drive axis_2. I have made 'PD_TEL81' for telegram 81, well compiled and then data block for encoder TO. But in the new external encoder TO, the data block is not connected with data block connection. I've wrote 'ExEnc_1.T81.Sensor_1' or 'ExEnc_1.T81.Encoder_1' etc in data block box. What is wrong with me? Here attached some pictures, topology, data block of TO, configure. Hi, You have to connect the TO directly to DB_ExEnc.T81. Before that DB_ExEnc must be compiled! The data structure within the variable DB_ExEnc.T81 must be handled corespondingly. The values must be read/written in MC-PreServo / MC-Post-Servo OBs. For this variable you don't need any tag in the tag table. Please refere to following application example - it's very useful! https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/de/en/view/109741575 |
