Extra Characters While receiving program from Sinumerik 802D through RS232

Shahid muhammed Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hai, This is kind of problem i faced while trying to do the program transfer in the 802D, the problem was some extra charecters are getting added up in the program received (Please find the Program attached which I have received from the machine.). Since some extra characters are getting added up machine is note receiving the program back (I have remove the extra characters and then send it back but thats some thing I don't want to do). rantu Posts: 38 Rating: (0)	Hi Set Punch tape format in PC as well as CNC. Thenyou will get the exact program with out extra characters. The setting in CNC you can find in Press Shift key hold it& press Alarm key the Press Data I/O --> Settings. here you can change it. For PCsidein WINPCIN you will find RS232 Settings.
