First, I would like to tell you the differences between active bus units.

6ES7195-7HB00-0XA0	SIMATIC DP, BUS UNIT FOR ET200M F. THE INTEGR.OF TWO 40 MM WIDE I/O SUBMODULES FOR INSERT/REMOVE
6ES7195-7HC00-0XA0	SIMATIC DP, BUS UNIT FOR ET200M F. THE INTEGR.OF ONE 80 MM WIDE I/O SUBMODULE FOR INSERT/REMOVE
6ES7195-7HD10-0XA0	SIMATIC DP, BUS UNIT FOR ET200M FOR INTEGRATING 2 IM153-2 RED. FUNCTION: INSERT/REMOVE WHILE OPERATING MODE RUN

Also there are othe bus unit is used with DP/PA coupler but it's not the issue here.

And for your case as you are using the new relese of the AI 6-Fail safe module "6ES7336-4GE00-0AB0", its width is 40 mm, so you will use BM 6ES7195-7HB00-0XA0.
Note that you will use one piece of BM for the integration of two modules (40 mm).
