Hello aliar2, Please provide more information like, it drive under commissioning or running. How this problem occurred along with snap shot of r0949 fault value. You mentioned fault value bit 8 then what is 655098? BTW F30027 - Power unit Precharging DC link time monitoring i.e. power unit DC link was not able to be pre-charged within expected time. So preliminary check, if line supply voltage is correctly entered in p0210, all 3 phases are present & input voltage is well within tolerance limit, line contactor is switched ON & all 3 phases are good, does your drive is connected to braking module, is it working OK etc. etc. From the fault value it looks like drive internal calculation has detected I2t exceeded & thermal model over temp. If it is new under commissioning drive check the parameter entries, if it is running drive, check if sufficient time is allowed between subsequent starts & braking modules etc. etc. If problem persist, please attach snap shot of r0949 fault value so that its meaning could be explain in better way.
