F30027 with r949 fault value bit 8 (655098)

whats the problem?
Power supply is OK (415VAC, 50Hz)
DC link voltage 2.2V

Is there any possibility that a normal DCM can be converted to a S22 type DCM .

 S22 - is 2Q drive. No regeneration/braking possible.

Have you read the FAQ carefully. Please study the application. I suggest you to consult nearest Siemens support center. 

 Okay Noted! I will contact siemens.

We are using it for a roller coaster application. Just as a advice are we able to use the s22  drive for this purpose.

Please provide more information like, it drive under commissioning or running. How this problem occurred along with snap shot of r0949 fault value. You mentioned fault value bit 8 then what is 655098?

BTW F30027 - Power unit Precharging DC link time monitoring i.e. power unit DC link was not able to be pre-charged within expected time.

So preliminary check, if line supply voltage is correctly entered in p0210, all 3 phases are present & input voltage is well within tolerance limit, line contactor is switched ON & all 3 phases are good, does your drive is connected to braking module, is it working OK etc. etc.

From the fault value it looks like drive internal calculation has detected I2t exceeded & thermal model over temp. If it is new under commissioning drive check the parameter entries, if it is running drive, check if sufficient time is allowed between subsequent starts & braking modules etc. etc.

If problem persist, please attach snap shot of r0949 fault value so that its meaning could be explain in better way.

The whole first page of the SINAMICS conference in the forum is just about your posts so we even cannot see the problems of the other guys which are also urgent I guess and would like to get some help. We understood that you have fault 30027, so please follow PISCEAN's instructions to find the reason for that fault and in case this does not lead to success you need to share more information about the fault situation, your parameterization and your environment - but first check all settings as recommended.
