F30820 Power unit DRIVE-CLiQ: Telegram error V04.70

Sometimes we have a stopped on the line, because the device has the following fault: " F30820 Power unit DRIVE-CLiQ: Telegram error V04.70 Fault buffer \|Component \|Fault code \|Description (with fault value) \|Fault time "arrived" \|Fault time "corrected" \| ----------------------------------------\|-------------------------\|------------\|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\|-------------------------\|-------------------------\| 1. acknowledged fault - fault 1 \|11 - Leistungsteil \|30820 \|Power unit DRIVE-CLiQ: Telegram error(Component number: 11, fault cause: 1) \|17/02/1993 13:28:35,421 \|17/02/1993 13:28:35,425 \| 2. acknowledged fault - fault 1 \|-- \|7802 \|Drive: Infeed or power unit not ready \|10/02/1993 21:40:55,775 \|10/02/1993 21:40:55,775 \| 3. acknowledged fault - fault 1 \|11 - Leistungsteil \|30820 \|Power unit DRIVE-CLiQ: Telegram error(Component number: 11, fault cause: 2) \|10/02/1993 21:40:15,523 \|10/02/1993 21:40:15,527 \| " I don't have a lot experience with this bus:"Drive cliQ", but reading at the help (on Starter Software) it's saying for to check the wires, make restart at infeed supply e etc. I already checked the cables, including I changed the cable that come from (other drive terminal "x401") and goes to (terminal "x400" in drive on question), but this not fixed the problem. When I switch off the infeed supply and then turn on again, the fault go out... but some days later, the problem is returning... On the help menu, it's saying that this problem is: " Cause: A DRIVE-CLiQ communication error has occurred from the Control Unit to the power unit concerned. Fault cause: 1 (= 01 hex): Checksum error (CRC error). 2 (= 02 hex): Telegram is shorter than specified in the length byte or in the receive list. " But I don't changed nothing in the parameters, then what can be da solution for this wrong? Have somebody an idea, for help me? Thank you.
