I Think you are talking about WinCC Comfort/Advanced?

then here you cannot use a Title like in Screen Windows.

But of course you can use a Text Field or a symbolic IO Field with an Textlist where you can show a kind of Title in the Faceplate itself. Here you can also use dynamic texts for example with an dynamic text list or aText with a Parameter field in it.
