you can move faceplates around like the other graphic objects.
There is no difference, so there should be no problem.

Could you describe your problem in a litte more detail?

in wincc advanced you cant only in wincc professional you can use the windows picture and put your faceplate in it.

or, if you use WinCC Advanced or Comfort Panel, you add the faceplate to a popup-screen and follow the example "Move Pop-up screens" in the toolbox for HMI projects.
