you have to use a little trick.

- Create a dummy I/O field in the Faceplate which you set invisible.

- Use the Process Value of the IO Field as Interface (or Faceplate Property)

- open die Properties of the Hidden IO field (show Property list, not Property pages)

- General->Process Value->Modified -> Use here a dynamization -> Use A Script for calculating your needed values.-> you can use a internal Tag to store the results.

So every time the Value of the Process Value (interface of the Faceplate) changes, the Script will be preceeded and the calculation will be executet

The calculated value you could show in a visible IO field.

I often use Dummy objects in faceplates also in WinCC V7.X.

I hope you understand my "workaround"
