Hi all, I am using WinCC Unified v18 and I have an issue with my faceplates getting erased when I'm moving inside a screen window. I am trying to display the layout of a plant in a screen bigger than the screen window container with the ability for the user to move around and zoom in and out. When the zoom factor is 1 everything works fine but if I'm zoomed in or out, items start to disappear near the edges and as far as the middle of the screen when I navigate to the left end side of the screen. The only items erased this way are the faceplate containers. I have tried looking into both the screen and the faceplates minimum and maximum zoom factor but the issue doesn't seem to come from that. Hi, I am missing some information about your device. However, in case of a Unified Comfort Panel, your number of faceplates may be too high, as a maximum of 40 should be used. You should check if the latest update is installed (to provide a download link I would need to know if you are using a panel or the PC runtime). If the behavior does not change then you should contact Siemens and create a support request. Kind regards |

Updating WinCC Unified PC Runtimed solved the issue, thank you for your help ! |
