Hello everyone, i m using ET200SP S7-1510SP-1PN CPU no-6ES7510-1DJ01-0AB0 and i m facing problem in high speed counter module named TM COUNT 1*24V and module no is 6ES7138-6AA00-0BA0 here while rotating the encoder (1024PPR, 24VDC) in slow speed the count value is correct but once it is connected to the motor for high speed application the count value is not correct like in my application the the encoder connected to the high speed motor say 500rpm and suddenly the motor stops and there is gate pulse digital input for making the count value 0 so the count value given by the hsc is not correct and is changing everytime but the motor stops at the same position everytime. I have tried both software gate input from another digital input module and the hardware gate input from same counter module. Kindly assist..i have enclosed my all configuration and commissioning and diagnostic of HSC.. thank you ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AttachmentDoc1.pdf (263 Downloads) |

Dear Kishuu, I don't quite understand your question. Are you trying to use an external signal to trigger the saving of the current counter value? If so, you should use the Capture (Latch) function. Or, if this not your case, you can try (attached pdf):
