Key features supported by S7-1200 CPU firmware V4.3:

• Web server update:
  Continued harmonization of standard Web pages between S7-1200 and S7-1500.
  
  
• Secure Open User Communication (OUC):
  You can now use T-Block instructions to communicate over an encrypted TCP connection via IPV4. You can establish the encrypted connection using the TCON SFB or TSEND_C/TRCV_C FB (which contain the TCON SFB).
  
  The addition of the new system data type (SDT), TCON_IP_V4_SEC, supports the secure OUC functionality. This SDT takes the existing TCON_IP_V4 SDT and adds five additional parameters to facilitate the creation of an encrypted IPV4 connection.

Yes, strange. There is a manual for the firmware update 4.3, a new system manual based on 4.3 and hsp for tia for 4.3. Only missing is .... firmware 4.3. For a moment I thought the firmware was included in the hsp.., not so. Is it vapourware?

What I'm curious of is the webserver in the new firmware. In 4.2.1 I could download files without that silly referer header. In 4.2.3 it was needed again. Imho they may 'harmonize' the referer header to the bin or explain why it'is a good idea. Error handling on up/downloading files becomes impossible.
