Factory settings don't appear

Since then the logo fails me, I can't communicate via ethernet, I've started to put the factory settings on it and I couldn't, the factory settings don't appear, I've tried admin and operator and I can't find the factory settings. Thanks and best regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Micro SD-Card 64 GB FAT32 for LOGO! 24CE.

Then select the menu point "Factory Reset" and then press OK. You find menu point between the menu points "Menu language" and "Switch to OP".

The version of the logo is V1.08.02, I could do it, and from where I could download the firmware, thanks and regards.

The version of the logo is V1.08.02, I could do it, and from where I could download the firmware, thanks and regards. The LOGO! with the firmware V1.08.02 is a LOGO! of the first generation, a LOGO! 8.0. The firmware of this LOGO! can't upgraded and this LOGO! has no factory reset. And the LOGO! You write, you can't connect via ethernet. When you search in LSC for reachable LOGO!s, can LSC the LOGO! not found? Your LOGO! has a display. Which IP address and subnet mask shows it?
