Fail safe analog module 6ES7 336-4GE00-0AB0 always show 0

Hello. I have S7-1516F CPU with ET200M and i have two external fail safe analog input module 6ES7 336-4GE00-0AB0 connected over profibus, both are configurated indentical. One module is woking fine, other always shows 0 on PIW value. I tried to replace the modules with each other,i tried to swap the cable connections to each other. Result are always the same, one module is working, other is not working. Module shows only two errors on channel diagnostic. When i try simulate module, everything is working fine. For reintegration i use ACK_GL function. Attached configuration and chanel diagnostics windows.
