Firstly, I want to apologize in advance for any shortcomings in my English communication skills. Additionally, please note that my attachments, screenshots, and code are in French.

I am currently working on a project that involves creating new users so that people can log in to the HMI with their respective accounts (this greatly aids in audit trail). Each person has a USB stick with encrypted information: username, group name, password, etc.

I have managed to create a new user using this information from the USB using the function<PWGENAddUserEx()>in C code. I can see the user I created in my SQL database of the project, but I can't see it in the project itself. It's not a big issue, but I would like to understand why.

Now, the real problem is that after creating a user using code, I can no longer create other users via the normal way (using user management) or using the user view in RT.

I would like to know how I can fix this problem.

I am working on Tia Portal V15.1 Wincc pro.
