I had created the excel report template but fail to import the report template into MTP1500 HMI report job parameters. I have copy the template file from USB X61 to the panel but I couldn't see the template has been loaded in the job parameters for reporting jobs when trying to add in. Any steps that I had being doing wrongly?

Can you please explain how you imported the report template? Your current description sounds to me like you just put the file in the local home path. But you need to import the template by clicking "Add new" in the "Job parameters > Templates" tab of the "Reports" control.

Look at the status bar of the Reports control. You should see status and error information. Unfortunately, your screen appears to be configured for a larger device, so you may need to scroll or zoom the screen. You may also find it helpful to use the Trace Viewer.

The problem has been solved by changing SD card format from exfat to NTFS. Then report template can be imported into the job parameters. 

However, the file that generated in the report section is showing template file is invalid. Is Microsoft excel version of report template be the problem? Our version is Microsoft Excel 2021.
